Pretty Moody Foundation’s Inaugural Menopause Walk
October is Menopause Awareness Month, and we’re breaking the silence. Menopause affects women, families, and communities, yet it’s often ignored. This walk is our joyful stand for education, support, and equity.
We’re proud to partner with State Rep. Kamela Smith (District 15) to push for awareness, access, and action. Together, we’re making menopause visible and talkable.
Why We Walk:
- Fund education and community programs
- Demand better care for women of color
- Remind every woman — you are not alone
Why Join Us:
Enjoy a family-friendly day of wellness, music, and resources while fueling scholarships, equity drives, and year-round support.
Hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings—and silence? We’re done with that. Let’s walk, talk, and change the story.
