Pretty Moody Inaugural Menopause Walk

The Pretty Moody Foundation invites you to our first Menopause Walk, taking place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Glasgow Park in Delaware. Held during International Menopause Awareness Month, this event is dedicated to raising awareness, advancing education, and fostering community support around menopause—a stage of life too often overlooked in healthcare and public conversation.

Our Goals:

  • Break the stigma and silence surrounding menopause

  • Fund research, education, and community programs through the Pretty Moody Foundation

  • Address disparities in healthcare, particularly for Black women and women of color

  • Provide families with resources, support, and advocacy tools

About the Pretty Moody Foundation
We are a mission-driven organization working to transform conversations about menopause, reproductive health, and women’s wellness. Our initiatives include:

  • Research on menopause disparities affecting Black women and women of color, with the aim of driving systemic healthcare improvements

  • Period Prosperity programs to combat period poverty, expand menstrual education, and increase access to essential products
