To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase and your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must have a return authorization to send items back. Provided that your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded back to your original form of payment. Please allow a little time to get your mula back from you financial institution.
Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, or paid by us unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of refunds or credits.
Un-Pretty stuff (damages, etc.)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix the issue.
Pretty Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift card purchases and sale items do not qualify for refunds.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no exchanges allowed.
Shipment processing time all orders are processed within seven (7) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Pretty Moody is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact carrier for resolution.
